UK limited companies · introductions

We ask the company first. Nothing will be passed on without its agreement.

YORXEN LTD introduces UK limited companies to a provider of funding against unpaid business invoices. The company decides whether it wants the introduction, and the provider is named, with exactly what we would share, before anything moves. We don't lend or advise.

The useful part is not the label “qualified”. It is being able to see what was checked.

Useful on both sides of the line.

The company sees a clear introduction. The firm it agrees to meet gets enough context to make its own decision.

For UK limited companies

A named introduction, not a marketing pool.

Before anything is shared, you see the firm's name and exactly what we would send. Your details are not passed to a list of firms.

What we build

PaidLate reads the payment record.

Our free tool turns statutory Payment Practices Reports and Companies House filings into a short, readable company note.

One record per introduction.

What was checked, what the company said and what it agreed to, kept together.

BEFORE CONTACT

We start with the company.

An active UK limited company on the public register, and what its own website says it does.

BEFORE HANDOFF

We ask, not assume.

The company tells us what it wants to discuss. The firm that would receive its details is named, with the exact details, before it agrees.

AT HANDOFF

Only what was agreed.

The agreed details go to the one firm the company agreed to, with a record of that agreement.

What travels with an introduction

What happens if I say yes?
