Who we are

YORXEN LTD is a UK business-to-business lead-generation company, registered in England and Wales (company no. 17303256), registered office 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ. We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), registration ZC183869. We are not a lender, broker, or financial adviser. Contact us at hello@yorxen.com.

What this website collects

There is no login and we set no cookies. You can read every page on this site without telling us who you are. One page is different, because it is a form: the broker enquiry form, which anyone can open. We no longer use an introduction form on this site; a business that wants an introduction agrees to it by email (see “When we introduce a business” below).

The broker enquiry form

If you complete the broker enquiry form at yorxen.com/broker-enquiry, we record your name, your work email address, your firm, your role, what you tell us you are looking for, your phone number if you give one, and the IP address the form was submitted from. The IP address is kept to limit abuse of the form.

This form is for finance brokers and lenders who want to buy leads from us. It is not for businesses looking for finance, and it does not collect or record anyone's consent to be introduced to a broker. We use what you send to reply and to carry on the conversation you started; we keep it for as long as the business relationship, or the prospect of one, lasts, then delete it.

You have the right to ask what we hold about you, to have it corrected, to object to our use of it, and to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

If you email us

If you contact hello@yorxen.com, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to write. We use it to reply and to carry on the conversation you started; we keep the thread for as long as the business relationship, or the prospect of one, lasts, then delete it. Our mailboxes are provided by Google Workspace.

Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-first measurement tool that does not use cookies and does not track you across sites. It shows us aggregate counts, pages viewed, country, browser, not who you are.

Hosting

The site is served by Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes visitors' IP addresses to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse.

The cash-flow calculator

The calculator runs entirely in your browser. The figures you enter are never sent to us or stored anywhere.

If we've emailed your company

From time to time we contact UK private limited companies and limited liability partnerships (LLPs) at their business email addresses about a possible introduction to a commercial-finance broker or finance provider. This section explains what information we use, where it comes from and why.

What we hold. Your name and role, where we write to a named business contact, your business email address at your company's domain, information from your company's public Companies House filings — including registered charges and when they were registered — and information visible on your company's public website, such as the services it describes. A registered charge does not tell us whether any facility is current or suitable.

Where it comes from. The public Companies House register, your company's public website, publicly available business directories, and business-contact information supplied by Anymail Finder. We use Anymail Finder to discover businesses and to find and verify business email addresses. We keep a record of the source used for each contact. You can ask us about the source of your details at hello@yorxen.com.

Why we may process it. Our legitimate interest: we introduce companies that ask for it to a commercial-finance broker or to a finance provider, and that broker or provider may pay us a fee or commission, which can depend on whether an introduction made with the company's consent leads to funding. You can object at any time (see Your rights below), and every email we send includes a one-line way to stop.

How we choose what to send. We may select active UK private limited companies and LLPs based on their business activities and relevant public information. A registered charge is not a requirement for selection and does not establish a current funding need or the use of invoice finance. We use public information to identify a relevant question, not to assume that your company needs finance. We do not make automated decisions about you that have legal or similarly significant effects.

Who receives the data. Service providers who process it on our behalf, under our instructions and data-processing terms, to run our systems and send our communications; and, only if you give explicit consent, the finance broker or finance provider we introduce you to.

International transfers. Some of the providers that process personal data on our behalf are located outside the United Kingdom, including in the United States, the European Economic Area and Australia. Where a provider has a UK-recognised transfer mechanism in place, we rely on it — for most of our providers this is the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses as supplemented by the UK Addendum (the International Data Transfer Addendum issued by the Information Commissioner under section 119A of the Data Protection Act 2018), and for certain United States providers, in addition, the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. You can obtain a copy of the safeguards we rely on, or details of where they have been made available, by contacting us at hello@yorxen.com.

How long we keep it. We keep your details for as long as they are relevant to our outreach to UK companies about business funding. If you ask us to stop — by replying to any of our emails, or by writing to hello@yorxen.com — replying stops the rest of that email sequence straight away, and we add your email address to a do-not-contact list, checked before every sending wave, which we keep permanently so we do not contact you again.

If we've called your company

From time to time we telephone UK private limited companies and LLPs on the business number published on the company's own website, or on a director's direct or mobile number, to ask to speak to a director about a possible introduction to a commercial-finance provider. This section explains what we hold about the call, where it comes from and why.

What we hold. The name of the director we ask for, from the public Companies House register; your company's business telephone number, or a direct or mobile number for the director, and where we found it; the date, time and outcome of each call and a short note of what was said; the name and role of the person we spoke to, if they tell us; any business email address they give us on the call, so that we can send the email they asked for; and the call recording.

Where it comes from. Your company's public website, the public Companies House register, business-contact information supplied by Lusha and FullEnrich, and what you or your colleagues tell us on the call, such as a better time to call or another number to try. We use Lusha and FullEnrich to find a direct or mobile number for the director. We keep a record of the source of each number. You can ask us about the source of your details at hello@yorxen.com. Before we dial a number, we check it against the Telephone Preference Service and Corporate Telephone Preference Service registers and against our own do-not-contact list.

Why we may process it. Our legitimate interest, the same as for our emails above: we introduce companies that ask for it to a finance provider, and that provider may pay us a fee or commission. You can object at any time.

Call recordings. We record our calls so that we can check what is said on our behalf, train our callers, and keep a record of anything agreed on the call, such as permission to send you an email. We say so at the start of every call; if you would rather not be recorded, tell us and we will end the call. Recordings are held by our telephony provider and deleted after 90 days, except that a recording in which someone agreed to receive an email may be kept until that conversation is closed.

Who receives the data. Our caller, a contractor working on our behalf, and our telephony provider; and, only if you give explicit consent, the finance provider we introduce you to.

How long we keep it, and how to stop our calls. We keep the call record for as long as it is relevant to our outreach to UK companies about business funding. To stop our calls, tell us on the call or write to hello@yorxen.com: we stop contacting your company and add it to our do-not-contact list, which we keep permanently so that we do not contact you again.

When we introduce a business

An introduction happens only if the business wants one. We first name the receiving finance provider or broker and list the details we would share: usually your name and role, your company and what it does, your email address, what you have told us, and a phone number if you gave us one. Nothing is shared until you agree in writing, usually by replying to our email. We then introduce you by email to that one named recipient, copying you in. We keep your agreement, the wording you agreed to and its time with the record of the introduction, for six years after the introduction.

The lawful basis for sharing is the consent of the person who agrees. You can withdraw it at any time by replying to us or writing to hello@yorxen.com; withdrawing stops any further introduction but does not undo one already made. Once introduced, the recipient uses your details under its own privacy notice.

Form usage events. Until 21 October 2026 this site had an introduction form. When it was opened, we recorded basic usage events — that the form was opened, that someone started filling it in, or that a submission was not accepted — with the browser's user-agent when the form was opened and, where the link carried one, the company reference it was issued for. These events contain no form answers. We will delete them by 31 January 2027.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to our processing. Email hello@yorxen.com. If you are unhappy with how we use your data, you can complain to us at the same address, and you can also complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.
