For finance brokers

A small pilot. One qualified enquiry at a time.

A small pilot built around UK Ltd and LLP enquiries. Each handoff will carry the agreed fields and a consent record naming your firm. You assess suitability and arrange any finance.

Each lead

A UK limited company or LLP that asked for the introduction.

We start from public data: active on the register, and what the company's own website says it does. We don't infer a funding need from the register. The company tells us what it wants to discuss, and that goes into the record in its words.

How we qualify

What we check before a lead reaches you

A clear spec, applied to every enquiry. If a lead misses it, you don't see it.

1

Ltd and LLP gate

A hard filter at step one — sole traders never reach you.

2

Companies House verification

Confirmed active on the public register.

3

Decision-maker confirmed

The person who agrees to the introduction confirms they can speak for the company.

4

The company's own words

What it wants to discuss, recorded as the company put it. We don't claim a need the company hasn't stated.

5

Consent before hand-off

It will be captured before anything is passed over. No consent, no hand-off.

Compliance, built in

Every lead will carry a clean trail

Explicit consent

Will be recorded in writing before any handoff, in the words the person agreed to.

Named recipient

Consent will name your firm, never a generic pool.

A record per lead

How and when consent was given, handed over with the lead.

“We’re newly launched. We’d rather earn your trust on the first leads than overclaim.”

You will stay the party that assesses the enquiry and arranges any finance. For a pilot, we will hand over the recorded contact to one named broker and replace or credit a lead if it misses the agreed fields.

FAQ

Questions brokers ask

Will pilot leads be exclusive?

Under the proposed terms, each lead will go once to one broker and the consent record will name the receiving firm.

Where will the leads come from?

We start with public company data and the company's own website, find business email addresses through a commercial contact service, check the business against the written spec and record consent at handoff.

How fast will a lead arrive?

Delivery timing will be agreed in the pilot spec; the intended format is a readable email record, not another platform.

What if a lead misses the spec?

The pilot terms will set a review window. If a delivered lead fails the agreed company, contact, consent or qualification fields, it will be replaced or credited. A lead choosing another provider or not converting is not a qualification failure.

Is there a contract or minimum?

No minimum. Terms for a small paid pilot are agreed in writing first; after that it's lead by lead. Pause or stop anytime.

Are you FCA-authorised?

We are a lead-generation company and not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. You remain the party that assesses suitability and arranges any funding.

How will consent be handled?

Every pilot lead will carry a record of the wording and timestamp, naming the receiving firm, captured before handoff and available with the lead.
